“When I first met Nate at the Sassyback Tour, I didnt really know who he was but soon I found out that he was pretty awesome when he gave me a hug after I bought Come Around. I asked him to sign my ticket and when he asked my name he must have heard me wrong seeing as he wrote ‘Sam’d you rock!’ (My names just Sam) Laughing it off and learning more about the band, I fell in love with them and him. When I went back to see them on the Guys Guys Guys Tour, I told Nate about this and he laughed and questioned himself on what he did. Then while he was on stage filling in on bass for The Summer Set, he walked over to me in the middle of a song and yelled “Whats up Sam’d?!?” and walked away smiling and laughing. It made me feel so good that he remembered who I was and that he also wanted to come over and say that to me. I went back for a 2nd Guys Guys Guys date and he even remembed me then and gave me a hug. Nate is so amazing and he doesnt even try. Hes not afraid to be himself and doesnt care what other people think and I think thats what I love most about him. Every fan always says how much they love each guy in the band and dont get me wrong, I absolutly love everyone, but Nate will always have a special place in my heart.”
